The goal of this project was to create a circuit that can modulate the intensity of a 12V lamp with a line audio input and a microphone input. It should also be able to drive a loudspeaker. Both the Loudspeaker and lamp will be put into a Halloween pumpkin. This should allow me to place the pumpkin in front of my house and talk remotely via the pumpkin (as if the pumpkin was talking). Additionally, I need to hear the people outside to interact with them. For this, I also head to design a microphone preamp with AGC (Automatic gain control). The goal was to implement everything with analog circuits, and even without using integrated circuits (ICs). So I built everything from scratch just with undead tech from the past.
