Here I shall break down the tasks I hope to achieve and keep record of when they are completed:
Stage 1
- Create suitable Raspberry Pi Mount in Spider's core [In Progress]
- Attach Spider to Totem X4 control board, controlling the spider
- Create python/C# library to send commands to X4
- Create webserver to present control interface.
Stage 2
- Add Raspberry Pi Camera
- Add Camera window to Control interface (overlay controls?)
- Explore further sensor integration with Pi GPIO pins.
- Explore use of additional microcontroller slaves for further devices.
Stage 3
- Research Object recognition using the Pi Camera
- Research voice control
