I have demo a few other projects such as 1) 5G WiFi Scanner 2) WiFi Analyzer 3) LCD Menu in the past few weeks, and now this is the combination of all 3 previous projects, this is a "Swiss-Army-Knife" type of microcontroller-based WiFi toolkits for your on-the-go Wi-Fi analysis's need XD

Now it supports,

Colorful TFT LCD Menu
5G & 2.4G WiFi Scanner
5G & 2.4G WiFi Analyzer
5G & 2.4G WiFi Sniffer (WIP)
Simple MQTT client (WIP)

This project is based on Ameba A1 Pico (RTL8720DN from Realtek), it has dual-core ARM Cortex-M processors clocked at 20MHz and 200MHz respectively, equipped with 5G & 2.4G WiFi as well as BLE5.0, 512KB SRAM, 2MB Flash, thus its able to house many applications into the single firmware on the flash. With the TFT LCD Menu feature, you can easily add your own application and start hacking~

1 × Ameba A1 Pico (BW16) IoT MCU
1 × ILI9341 SPI TFT LCD Display
2 × mini boards
10 × jumper wires
2 × push buttons

Build Instructions

Arduino IDE board installation

Add this following line to the "Additional Board Manager URLs",

https://github.com/ambiot/ambd_arduino/raw/master/Arduino_package/package_realtek.com_amebad_index.json

Then install Ameba D package from the board manager

Connect Ameba to the display

and connect according to the code,

TFT_RESET -> PA27
TFT_DC -> PB3
TFT_CS -> PA15

BL/LED -> Vcc

Upload the code

Choose "RTL8720DN(BW16)" from "board" on Arduino IDE
Download Arduino Sketch from above and upload to the board
