Usually I write code, but this time I decided to make something new:

make a PCB from scratch,
design a device equipped with just a naked microcontroller (no breakout boards, no Arduino, no comprehensive bootloaders - just bare metal),
manually solder a set of SMD components,
and drive all this stuff with a coin cell battery.

For me this is a completely new life experience.
