Controlling a cctv camera with arduino!

Ok so here we are with our video link but how can we move the actual camera from an arduino?

Thanks to my teacher, he said that the protocol for transmitting information is RS485.

With that in mind, I stripped the cable that comes with the encoder:

But there was a problem, what do each cables does?

With a little bit of research I found that the cable were using the amphenol connector.

With that in mind I checked on the manual and I found these connections:
