Description

When you open the box, the gems blink in specified patterns to mimic breathing techniques. Fade in means inhale. Pulse is hold. Fade out is exhale.

There are 4 patterns.
1. Triangle breathing helps reduce metabolic rate.
2. Square or box breathing preserves energy.
3. Paced breathing reduces anxiety .
4. 4-7-8 promotes extreme relaxation, helping you fall asleep.
