I think the jackdaws have been using the vending machine for a few days. I have seen them sit nearby and watch the pigeons use the machine, but I just happened to be around this afternoon when I saw one land, start pulling stuff from the bottlecap magazine, tossing it in the hole and getting a peanut.

I seem to have hit a plateau with the pigeons, so hopefully the jackdaws will eventually try bringing something to drop in the hole.
