Bendulum Clock

03/16/14 Update the paper on regulating a bendulum clock to include information on dealing with out-of-plane bendulum movement.

3/1/14 Add information for escapement pcb. Still to go, bendulum clock pcb. This has the same functionality as the escapement pcb but also has NIMH battery backup to keep the clock going if the power fails.

2/27/14 Finished first round of postings here. Still to go, Eagle files for two versions of Arduino shield -- with and without battery backup.
