I found and fixed a couple of bugs in the clock firmware. I encourage everyone who can to update their firmware. If you prefer, you can mail your clock to me and I'll update it for you.

The first bug results in the PM light changing during the 11:59 second. The second relaxes the criteria for determining whether the GPS unit has an acceptable fix. It should show "no GPS" less now.
