Every so often, I wear the concept to see if there are any ergonomic issues, and the only main one is that he bottom left edge of the screen occassionaly (< 3 times a day) scratches my other arm. I don't really want to give up the 90Hz, large, high definition screen just because of that, and reducing the visual apeal slightly to improve ergonomics. 

Then again, it does look a bit like a japanese wood sandal now, which I think look nice.

I don't think the new design would improve or impair the ability to get it through a sleeve.
