Set at 300-320F; for four minutes, the 1/16 PETG will get soft enough to use in the blow former. Using just the heat to create a gravity bubble sorta works, but I got the best results using the bubble blow former.
The E6000 works incredibly well - it sticks the PETG to the Neoprene and Craft Foam really well! Auqaseal does what it says, however I didn't incorporate it into the project.
I've been making the bowls for the top of the cap using this Blow Former I've made... I have some 1/16 PETG, that is put into a Lab oven (300F - 4minutes)
