Wow, a long title but it says it all so let's dive right into it. I take a wire and loose couple it near the secondary of the Tesla Coil. That wire feeds high voltage to the anode of the nixie tube. The tube cathodes are switched by the output of the Light Logic sequencer. There is still a lot of work and investigation to do but this set-up does prove enough to me that it works. The digits in the video flash by quickly so appear blurred but the digits are cycling 0 through 6.
The blurring is also being caused by the CdS cells do not completely stop the path of the HV RF in the circuit so the digits not selected tend to glow a bit. I am already looking into adding a relay in the control circuit.
