Description

**** UPDATE ****
This build was used as the terminal to run my game I designed and entered into the Serious Games Showcase and Challenge. My game was about finding and bringing online an old Cold War radio. It went on to win its category. You can read more about it here: https://www.rustyrocket.co.uk/2023/06/serious-games-showcase-and-challenge.html

*********************

The initial idea was to house it in a carry case, also discarded and rescued but I found that space was really tight and although I could work around this, it was easier to build the housing myself from wood and 3d printed brackets. A shame really, as the keyboard fitted perfectly in the old case, as you can see from one of the photographs.

Inside there is a Raspberry Pi inside running it and I'm using it to manage a couple of my projects: producing a community based telephone network and more recently, writing an automated train announcement system.
