Built using an Arduino Mini and a 8-channel relay board. Source code and other details available upon request. Neat feature is that it is powered on and off with a typical 120v photocell control. The program keeps track of how long it runs before losing power and averages that over the last 30 days to figure approximately when midnight is. It stops flashing the lights at midnight (to save power, no-one is awake to see it) instead of going off at sunrise.
