I stopped by after work to reaassemble rig number one. After a bit of effort connecting again, and being more bothered by the lack of fans... Well, see for yourself.

Good news all around! I am hopeful after thinking that it would likely ramp to voltage first and then add current. I think if it will work at all, it's safe to try tomorrow the lowest setting. After all it did go from 12 to 17, thats almost halfway to 40!
