Triangle & Square Wave VCO Circuit

A simple VCO circuit that can be made out of generic components. Produces a very linear triangle and square wave output up to 20MHz.

Description

A Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) produces a waveform with a frequency that can be tuned by adjusting a control voltage. This VCO has a wide tuning range (adjustable range of over 750 kHz) with a maximum frequency of around 20 MHz depending on components selected.
