For making my solar cooker again I first went to the mirror shop. He has a lot of mirrors in thickness. A thickness increase in price also increases. We need the smaller thickness of the mirror as possible. The lower thickness of the mirror will be the lower weight of your solar cooker. So I purchased a 2 mm thickness of mirror that was priced of 4500 PKR at 15.7 USD. First, he cut it in a circle shape. Then again divide it into 4 pieces. Now my round shape was in 4 pieces. Next, Cut it again into small pieces. Every mirror was 1 x 1 inch. All work was done with a diamond cutter. Every 1 x 1-inch piece is given a unique number with a permanent marker.
