I want through a few videos to revise some key concepts for the antweight and I will be adopting some practices from there. One of them is using pen-paper to get a rough sketch of the new version. I mainly looked at Maker muse's combat robot videos. I also got the 3D printed design for his lifter robot. There are some interesting parts of his design that I probably want to use in my newer version. I still have trouble visualizing my newer version but the main thing I am worried about is the ground fight. Since this bot will not have any lifters or flipper weapons, so the only way I can win my fights is by insuring I always get under my enemy bots. From my previous experience, winning the ground game is extremely difficult with the bots I faced in the previous event. I think have some flexibility in ability to win the ground game will be crucial here. Plus some acetate will be very useful as well. I plan to start work on the electronics part first. I have a test chassis and will be mounting the electronics on it to test it out and fine tuning it for good driving.
