sub-512 byte 8-color VGA demo with ATtiny4/5

D'oh. Deadline very near and I both messed up with git and broke the code.

Broken code also left in git (vga.asm), but started new one (pentaveega.asm)

Hardware in this is going to be just breadboard. ATtiny5 and LTC1799 are SOT23 -chips, so I used breakouts to make them usable with breadboard.
