Finally done: 

1. All axis working.
2. 1.5KW Spindle and VFD installed.
3. Basic electronics (Custom CNC Controller, Stepper Drivers and PSU installed)
4. Mist cooling/air assist mounted.
5. Spoil board with thread inserts mounted.

First pieces done.
