For anyone who has taught a Learner driver you'll know what it's like.
I decided to make things a little easier by building a brake feedback system for the instructor.
You will need a cheap digital bathroom scale, an Arduino, audio amplifier, weighing sensor amplifier and a bit of wood work.
When a learner driver is driving the instructor in the passenger seat will often automatically put their foot down on a pretend pedal if the learner driver isn't braking enough.
The concept is simple enough.
Create a false brake pedal in the passenger seat of a vehicle that produces an audible tone depending on how hard the pedal is being pressed.
It has 4 levels from "OK. just a little bit of brake would be good" all the way up to "Aaaaargh! Brake! Now!"
