So I've got 4 days starting today to make the next camera
This one has the sliding lock mechanism to interchange the camera modules
Still prototyping the sliding lock thing but can see on the right it supports most of the RPi camera boards, software will tell which one is which though the best one is the RPi HQ cam with a good lens eg. the 10MP blue ring one.
The TYPE-A cable is long that's why this sliding mechanism is a bit chunky
The new middle body will include a tripod nut thing to mount it to a tripod, in this case I'm using the one that comes with the RPi HQ cam though I did buy some 1-4/20 in nuts.
Building something close to this camera, with some corners cut eg. no plastic spring clip battery bay
