    VCON
    VMEbus System Controller and Terminator

    The VCON is a low-cost multi-function system controller with passive terminators. It fits on the rear of the backplane in the slot 1 position. It produces system clock and power-on reset, with an optional input for a reset switch.

    There is a single-level arbiter with a 16, 32, or 64 microsecond time-out, a bus time-out of 16, 32 or 64 microseconds and an IACK daisy-chain driver. In addition, the VCON contains a passive termination network.
