After visiting LiliTime, we created a very simple 3D print of an angel from Thingiverse for our 2nd prototype. Since this was our first time prototyping a rough draft of an angel, we didn't want to waste printing materials for our base, so we sourced a piece of used cardboard from the recycling section of the lab. The breadboard LED lights (around 10-12 in total) fit well inside the base, but the light had some trouble illuminating when the angel was placed on top of the base. This issue was slightly alleviated when we drilled holes into the back portion of the angel's back, allowing some of the light from below to shine through. For our next steps, we had to consider what print material and color would be best in terms of allowing the light to shine through, and figuring out the exact dimensions of our angel and base.
