- I hated the the green so bad,why razor do that green there are other shads of green but this green had to go, my 13 year old son spayed it much better .
Did try to fit the 800w motor but would need to reline the holes drill them . Not much work I no but when u work out that 800w 36v max when 600w24v to 36 = 1100w it makes sense to g for powe . Plus the two motors just fit like they was ment to be lol .
it's was going to be a 800w 36v scooter. I cut the floor plate as the motor needed to be mounted on top. But it's a lot of work and not a lot of room to do a 36v big motor. So I got a 350w 24v& a 250w 24v & put them on top each other . So 600w 24v. But I have it done on a switch so it's on 24v & when I want to I can make it 36v. 600w overvoulting to 36v makes it a 1100w motor nice . If I had of put the 800w 36v motor to it I would not of got to the power the two motor put out . So even if I do over heat the motors I can alway go back to the 800w 36v motor & run it on 24v controller & it will be a 600w on 24v . Flick the switch and it's 800w on 36v. U mite say why not just get a 36v 800w controller , lol I did 4 of them. I blown the 1st one up , the other two I put the wires all right but switched the power on & the motor went hard on , so it went wide open. The other controller I got told by lot of others that I must be putting a wire on wrong. Lol .
So one more I did it all right making sure 3/4 times befor putting the ends together . I no I did it right but as soon as I put the blue & red to the on & off switch & power leads on the motor went hard on again . So I gave up. Now the razer e200/300 controller is for 24v but unlike most 24v controllers they have put a cut off Over V metter in there and u put 36v to it and it will not start . But if u run it on 24v then use a SPDT switch a (on off on) then as u r moving on 24v wether it's a 800w motor or a 350w motor. U flick the switch and it lets u go to 36v . When I 1st overvoulted my 350w 24v to 36 v I could not believe the power to it . So that's my way around the controller on the razer e200 controller . I seen that u can put a wire across a part in the Conroller but Iit don't let u put 36v from the start . Sham
If anyone Nos how to hack the controller with out blowing it up please let me no . I seen TKs one wear he put a wire from the metal strip to the ground . If u no that work then let me no . But TKs put new moss fets inside & so on I no that's to much for me to do .
Anyway i did a cover for it at 1st it was to cover the 800w motor , then it was to put the other battey inside . Now it's to cover the two motor . It's been fun and it was a 11 mph scooter when I got it . At it top I was getting 18/20 mph . I did get it to go to 28/30 but it was way to fast and with 8" wheels u got speed wobbles . & my 13 year old son has been helping me convert it & so on . But it's cool .
I do wish I got a razor E300 with 10" wheels as it gos 14mph standard with just doing the sprocket & going to say a 500w motor u will be doing 20mph.next scooter will be E300 put a 500w motor but 24v overvolting it to 36v then sprocket 12 teeth front 44back . Then maybe put a 500w or the same motor that's on the bottom & mount it on top like the last one I did . But two 500/800w motors on 24v overvolting to 36v that a lot of power plus the gearing wow u be dining 35/40 mph & 10" wheels well I no what I am doing next .
