I) What is our project ?

When we met Diego for the first time. He told us about his problem linked to the fact that he cannot eat properly, that he cannot tie his shoelaces correctly or that he cannot ride a bike without losing his balance. After Akshay and I met, we wondered about how we could help Diego. We studied his case because we knew for the moment that Diego's problem to eat was more easily solvable for us. To help Diego we then directly thought about the problem he has in being able to eat, particularly with a fork or a knife. Indeed, it is very difficult for him to eat every day because he has no possibility of cutting fruit correctly. vegetables, or meats that he eats without getting it all over his clothes for example. So, we looked at the question of a fork.
