The pole was unscrewed allowing me to secure the lower section to the ground. I used a Green Concrete mix that was designed for my region. However, different areas and climates may need a different recipe.

I ordered the wrong size Anderson connections. My system needs SB50 which is designed for 50 volts.  The replacements are on the way
