Raising Tadpoles 2024 edition, third season

Been a pretty quiet day today. The tadpoles enjoyed their daily feeding. The grey fur resident enjoyed zooming around and catching toys. Happy Lord's Day.

Seems like they're in no hurry to enter the froglet stage and enjoy being taken care of.  I put them out on the porch this afternoon for some sunlight as they had their meals.  The grey fur resident also came by and checked out the pumpkin on the porch.

Seems like the remaining tadpoles are in no rush to leave, perhaps they've become content with being taken care of. I do hope they enter the froglet stage soon with Winter approaching.  Been another quiet day for the tadpoles, but a rather busy day for me. Also included a photo and video clip of the pumpkin I carved for Halloween lit up.

Was busy today completing my Halloween preparations.  The tadpoles got to take part in the Halloween festivities by getting to see a carved pumpkin.

All of the three remaining tadpoles appear to be doing just fine.  Dosn't look like we're going to have any graduations for at least another week. The grey fur resident has made several visits for both food and attention.  I've already started my Halloween preparations and will have a bit more to do tomorrow.

Nothing too much to report.  Was a calm day today. Have thee tadpoles that have yet to graduate.  The grey fur resident also made an appearance on the porch today.

Today was a Graduation Day for one of the"Looks like the Originals" group members given the name "Second Freedom."  For all of his climbing, he was content on sitting on the plastic owl. Had to coax him to go into the leaves. As usual, the grey fur resident had to be kept distracted.

As of today, we're down to just three Spadefoot tadpoles left: two from the "Looks like the Originals" group and one from "The Three Amigos" group.

I saw that the one froglet I currently have was appearing to struggle a bit, so I took mitigation efforts similar to what I did with "Freedom Seeker" (yea, I know I'll get around to making that post.)  Was a bit busy today with other things and forgot to take a photo or two. Happy Lord's Day.

A member of  the "Looks like the Originals" group passed away today.  It's a somewhat rare occurrence for me to have a Spadefoot pass away that wasn't in the froglet stage.  Everyone else seems to be doing just fine including the froglet.  Was a bit busy today to take a video clip, but took a few photos.

Sad news out of the way first: The last remaining Narrowmouth froglet of the "Pond" group passed away.

In better news, the sole survivor of the "Three's a Crowd" group graduated today.  As usual, the grey fur resident showed up and had to to kept distracted. What not usual and I believe is also a first, is one of the two "Originals" group graduates made an appearance during graduation!
