Indrium (a distortion of the Sanskrit word "indriyam" which means "sense organ") is a family of long range RF devices that can help you monitor a distributed network of sensors.
Indirum uses sub 1 GHz RF, and I've decided to build everything around the TI CC1310 chip.
The plan is to build the following:
- Indrium Node THL - a coin cell operated node that monitors temperature, humidity and light levels
- Indrium Slip - a CC1310 + CP2104 USB device (Slip radio) that can be plugged into a system running 6lbr - like a Raspberry Pi.
