How to order PCB's at PCBWay?

Step 1: Go to www.pcbway.com/QuickOrderOnline.aspx 

Step 2: Navigate to the " Add Gerber File " button to select and upload your File/s Below that you will see a Quantity button, Enter your desired Quantity of 5+ Boards.

Step 3: Scroll down and have a look at all of the options available for your boards.

Step 4: Navigate to the "pricing and Build time" button. Select your preferred build time and shipping.

Step 5: Navigate to your cart. Wait for the items to be approved.

Step6: Check all of your items in your cart. Select the ones you need. And proceed to checkout
Follow the rest of the checkout steps on their website  and receive your PCBs in a few days.

Below is the bottom layer:

As you can see the bottom layer has quite a lot more signal routes compared to the top layer. I have designed it this way as the top layer will be exposed to Installers and smaller traces are more delicate compared to the big beefy Power traces.. So the majority of power traces run on the top layer and a combination of mostly ground and signal traces run on the bottom. The other reason for routing the smaller signal traces on the bottom is the Huge Coilcraft inductors on the top. They shouldn't but can potentially interfere with the signals sent and received by the ESP32. So i have also placed the ESP32 on the bottom for signal reasons, And to make space for those big inductors and capacitors..
