The first thing was to design the cargo compartments. The idea was to use a light but strong material with a strong enough structure. I thought about carbon fiber panels and honeycomb structures. Carbon fiber panels are light and strong enough, and can be combined with metal structures to strengthen the connection with other parts. So I tried to apply it and came up with this design:
