The Ra-08/Ra-08H modules, are designed for ultra-long distance spread spectrum communication. The chip ASR6601 used in these modules is a universal LPWAN wireless communication SoC, integrating a radio frequency transceiver, a modem, and a 32-bit RISC MCU. The MCU features an ARM core, 128KB FLASH memory, 16KB SRAM, and an operating frequency of up to 48MHz.
These modules support LoRa modulation and traditional (G)FSK modulation for LPWAN use cases. The transmitter also supports BPSK modulation and (G)MSK modulation, and the receiver supports (G)MSK modulation. They also support Class A/B/C communication modes.
Both of them provide ultra-long range and ultra-low power consumption communication for LPWAN applications and are widely used in smart meters, supply chain and logistics, home and building automation, security systems, remote irrigation systems, and other scenarios.
