We are going to build an ultrasonic cleaner using an Arduino as the brains and a few circuit components.

We found and based on your interests.
In this project log, we are going to measure the capacitance of the ultrasonic transducer using both AC excitation and also DC methods (time constant).
More fun with USB oscilloscopes!
In this project log, we will show how to determine the resonance frequency of the transducer using a mechanical impulse, namely, hitting it with a marker.
In this project update, we use a USB oscilloscope, a resistor, and voltage probe to determine the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning transducer using excitation. The resonance frequency occurs at the largest current frequency.
In this video, I describe the project in general.
We are going to need:
1. Signal source
2. Amplification
3. Drive transducer
4. Bond transducer to container
Yes, there will be a lot of details to come. Best of all (maybe), we will use an Arduino to drive the cleaner, hopefully.
