Story

Remote Control and Monitoring of 20 Relays with STM32 and 3.5" LCD Display

The project aims to provide remote control functionality for 20 relays using an STM32 microcontroller and a 3.5" LCD display. The system utilizes the LoRa E32 module for wireless communication, enabling seamless control and monitoring of the relay states. With this setup, users can easily manipulate the relays from a distance and conveniently observe their status on the LCD display.

 TO INFORM

  1. STM32 Microcontroller: The STM32 microcontroller serves as the central processing unit of the system, handling relay control, data processing, and user interface interactions.
  2. 3.5" LCD Display: The LCD display provides a visual interface for users to monitor the status of the relays. It offers clear and concise information regarding relay states and system parameters.
  3. Keypad 4x4: The 4x4 keypad allows users to input commands and interact with the system. It enables convenient relay control and facilitates menu navigation on the LCD display.
  4. LM2596 Voltage Regulator Circuit: The LM2596 voltage regulator ensures stable power supply to the system, converting the 12V input from the two 18650 batteries into the required voltage levels for various system components.
  5. E32 LoRa Module: The E32 LoRa module enables long-range wireless communication between the system and remote devices. It ensures reliable transmission of control signals and relay status updates, enhancing the system's remote control capabilities.
  6. 20 Relays: The system incorporates 20 relays, each serving as a switch to control external devices or systems. The relays can be remotely operated via the system's user interface, offering convenient control and monitoring options.

The remote control and monitoring system allows users to wirelessly control and monitor the 20 relays from a distance. Users can send commands through the keypad or remotely via the LoRa module. The LCD display provides real-time relay status updates, ensuring quick and easy monitoring. The system's design, with the STM32 microcontroller as the core, facilitates efficient relay management and offers a seamless user experience.

The integration of the STM32 microcontroller, 3.5" LCD display, keypad 4x4, LM2596 voltage regulator circuit, E32 LoRa module, and 20 relays results in a robust remote control and monitoring system. This project showcases the power of combining these components to create an efficient and user-friendly solution for controlling and monitoring multiple relays remotely. The system's versatility opens up possibilities for various applications in automation, home control, and industrial settings.

2 pieces of the above project were produced. First, 3d boxed remote control, and secondly, all gpios of special pcb printing stm32 card were used in this circuit.
