I will use an adafruit circuit playground with an accelerometer to determine the angle of the matrix which will determine which image is put on the screen. And a stepper motor to create the rotation. I found that creating a good sand color on the neopixels could be done with (175,0,0,50) with 50 white being the biggest factor.
