Automotive and industrial buses like LIN and CAN were never designed with strong security in mind.
As vehicles and factories become more connected, attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities.
Instead of redesigning entire systems, we propose a drop-in secure gateway that:
• Bridges LIN ↔ CAN communications.
• Uses AES encryption for message payloads.
• Maintains compatibility with existing nodes.
This allows sensitive data to travel across legacy buses without exposing it to trivial sniffing or injection attacks.
