If you want to dress for photos, you can clean up FR4 perf board edges right quick on a coarse sharpening stone. IME water captures the mean glass dust and lead falls out of the water.

Awesome! Thanks for the tip. Although I don't think I've made a horrible little bodge board since that thing. I may be able to use that tip on other places tho. I don't like the edges sometimes with v-cuts or mousebites. Thanks again!

You're welcome :}. Unplated or lead-free edges you could do trivially under running water (assuming wastewater treatment does something sensible with glass & resin dust). Prolly a single stroke on a diamond stone for a v-cut edge.
