I have a 78RPM phonograph for 10" shellac records. I want to use it as a display stand for vinyl record sleeves, to display the sleeve of the record currently playing, so that listening to vinyl doesn't turn into a mess with sleeves everywhere.

But it's a thing of beauty, and I want to honor that by embedding a one or two CRT oscilloscopes that will connect to the amplifier, effectively making it an analog music visualiser.

It's got one of those beautiful massive tonearms that would rip vinyl to shreds. I'll use that to secure the sleeve.

And I'll use the plattern to create a Star Trek-style moire effect. It's gonna be so sick!
