The results are in and are better than expected!
The overall efficiency is about 98% typical, owing to the use of the stand-alone ASIC with low Rds-ON FETs.

The final efficiency is still going to be good but will be slightly less, as we are re-designing the front-end analog voltage sensing system to have an adjustable, fixed band hysteresis. This involves adding external comparators, but is absolutely necessary because of the auto-retry nature of our system.
