Trouble reconnecting internals

I made the mistake of spreading my work on this project over a long long period. After making some advancements with initial modifications to the internals (swapping led colours) and starting to figure out the audio chain and internal workings of the alarm, I can't seem to get the radio to work properly again. Might have accidently fried it.
This project is on hold for the moment but might be revisited in the future. The scope of the project is likely to shift toward complete retrofitting, mostly replacing the internal circuits with my own.
