I want to run some RTL-SDR software on a Raspberry Pi CM5 on the CM5IO board + case, but I don't want the RTL-SDR to be dangling out the front.

To tidy things up, I made a PCIe to USB adapter to add an internal USB port, which lets me place the RTL-SDR inside the case. The SMA port on the RTL-SDR sticks out of the case through the hole meant for the WiFi/Bluetooth antenna.
