Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) are generally complex and expensive beasts. This project covers my construction of a small ROV, initially built using tried and tested BlueRobotics parts, but will eventually be made cheaper to build by replacing some of the expensive components by cheaper, more readily available components.
