PowerScope turns the ChargerLAB Power-Z KM003C USB power analysis and control workstation, with live 1–100 Hz graphs for voltage, signed current and power, CC, D+/D−, temperature and device-rail data; lossless USB PD 3.x decoding; e-marker inspection; crash-recoverable recordings; and CSV/JSON export. It runs entirely in Chromium-based browsers through WebUSB, Web Serial, WebAssembly and IndexedDB, with no cloud-side device access. Experimental PD, UFCS, QC, FCP, SCP, AFC and related trigger controls use explicit physical-safety interlocks and preserve command attempts alongside measurement evidence, making PowerScope useful for repeatable charger, cable and power-negotiation experiments.
