This is my first project here, and my first one ever involving reverse engineering. Which means it matters a lot to me. I also hope my findings will be useful to someone else — that another owner of this grinder will be able to extend what it does, or change it completely to fit their own needs. The project comes out of a simple urge: to find out how the devices I use every day actually work, and what else I can get out of them.

I leaned on AI along the way — I'm a very green hardware hacker, and it saved me a good deal of frustration. It probably caused plenty of frustration of its own, but anyone who uses AI knows that one.
