These Logitech controllers were one of the first widely available wireless controllers used as add-ons to existing platforms. Available with both USB and PS2 type connectors, they were rugged and easy on the hands. Can we still use them a quarter century later? They'll need some help.
These controllers were the first to have full rumble / feedback.
I'll do this in a couple videos, first one is complete, check out the progress!
The first phase of this is complete - the controllers I have are sort of a mixed bag, and it took a bit to tind the right conbination. But all of them were crusty with battery leakage and problems, so I had to clean them all out.
Here's a full video of the cleanout and testing - there's still more to do, as there are button isssues and compatability issues. But one step at a time!
