It took some debugging to get here. The P25 demod had the FSK4 tracking gain sign backwards relative to C4FM. On the Waveshare ESP32-P4 Smart 86 Box the dongle got no power until I shorted the pads of the AO3401 that gates OTG VBUS. A DMA alignment bug in ESP-Hosted let Wi-Fi and Flipper Bluetooth traffic collapse the SDIO link to the C6 and flash the screen blue.

The T-Display build also has a Journal app that saves field notes with radio, GPS and motion data attached, and a compass view from the nine-axis sensor. Scan lists can mix P25 and FM channels and be filtered by GPS coverage, and the terminalbay.com flasher also builds P25 profiles, GPS scan lists, channel memories and map tiles.

Not everything is finished. P25 Phase II, HackRF, CC1101 capture, MIFARE Mini/1K reads and the LoRa bearing plot all work to some degree, but I haven't tested them enough on real signals to call them done. I also haven't found a good way to run the RTL off the keyboard's battery yet, so I'm drawing up a 3D printed case with its own supply that also stops the dongle from hanging off the USB-A port.

LakeShark is GPL-3.0 and it's going to stay that way. It's built on librtlsdr, xtrsdr, OP25, dump1090, MeshCore and the Flipper firmware, and everything I add goes back out under the same terms.
