More than 80,000,000 injeras per a day are consumed in Ethiopia. Local problem is : Baking injera is time taking, not possible to have neat kitchens, not comfortable to work on the ananogue pan, and not easy to integrate it with modern kitchens for the steams are too much and the local design pans are bulky. So the injera machine will make the flour mixes with an old blender, pumper installed on it to sense the 3 jugs filled whcih the output is motor rotating which is backing injera and after the 3-4 minutes delay it beeps to take it out. Or if possible attach a method to take it out.
