Tom Pittman's 6502 Tiny BASIC used the Intermediate Language (IL) approach as specified in the first Dr Dobbs Callesthenics journal, and is about 2.5kbytes plus patches/code for Serial IO routines. Can we write our own in 1kbytes ?
