A square 128×128 pixel area gives this 1.28-inch Sharp LS013B7DH03 memory LCD a useful shape for small instrument faces and status screens. Its reflective display uses ambient light without a backlight.

The breakout exposes a three-wire SPI interface, 3.3V input and a display-enable connection. The host supplies the graphics and required display drive.
