A tactile switch and a white LED share one compact breakout, combining a physical click with controllable visual feedback. The illumination can communicate state independently of whether the button is being pressed.
Separate LED and button terminals let the host read the switch while controlling the light. The LED can be switched, blinked or dimmed with PWM, making the board useful for experimenting with illuminated controls and simple status indicators.
